Referrals, commission and payout requests
Apply to the partner programme, understand the 270-day commission period and distinguish tracked referrals, cleared rewards and completed transfers.
OfferWoo’s partner programme pays a 10% cash commission on every eligible payment during a referred customer’s first 270 days from registration. Repeat purchases qualify within that period; the clock does not restart at first purchase or on each payment. You must be approved and accept the terms shown in your account before activating a referral link.
Apply and read your actual terms
Section titled “Apply and read your actual terms”Open Partners and describe the audience you intend to reach and the channels you use. Submit the application once and follow its status there. Sending an application does not create an approved partnership.
The current standard terms are 10% commission, a 30-day referral-link attribution window, a 270-day earning period from customer registration, a separate 30-day hold on each payment, and a US$25 minimum available balance for payout requests. Check the terms shown after approval; previously accepted referral policies keep their original scope.
Accept the displayed terms only after reviewing them. Copy the activated link from your account and use that exact link. A generic homepage URL does not establish a tracked referral.
Understand the numbers
Section titled “Understand the numbers”| Item | Meaning | Common misunderstanding |
|---|---|---|
| Referral | An attributed new account | A click is already a paid customer |
| Commission | 10% of an eligible payment within the customer’s 270-day period, including repeat purchases | Purchases after the period ends also earn rewards |
| Held reward | Amount still subject to the applicable hold | It can already be withdrawn |
| Available balance | Cleared amount eligible under the terms | A transfer has already been sent |
| Payout request | A request under review or processing | The money is already in your bank |
Self-referrals do not qualify. Refunds reduce the associated commission. A late refund can affect the remaining earned balance. Check the reward and payout entries rather than assuming a link visit produced a payable reward.
How the dates work
Section titled “How the dates work”A new customer must register within 30 days of clicking your active link and be attributed before their first purchase. The earning period runs from the registration timestamp until 270 days later. Purchases at or after that expiry do not qualify.
For example, a referred customer registers on day 0, pays US$39 on day 45 and pays US$69 on day 100. Those two eligible orders earn US$3.90 and US$6.90 respectively, before refund adjustments. The first commission clears on day 75, the second on day 130. The combined US$10.80 is below the US$25 payout minimum. This is a calculation example, not an earnings forecast.
The hold uses each successful payment date. A later payment does not reset the hold on an earlier commission or extend the customer’s earning period.
Request and follow a payout
Section titled “Request and follow a payout”Once available balance meets your terms, choose Request payout and review the confirmation. The requested amount is held while the request is processed, so it should not be counted as available for another request.
Check Payout history for updates. A pending or processing request is not a completed transfer. If a request is rejected or fails, inspect the stated result before trying again. For recipient details or a discrepancy, use Contact; do not put bank or tax details in public promotional content.
Promote what the product actually supports
Section titled “Promote what the product actually supports”Explain who a feature helps and link to the relevant guide. Do not promise an offer, guaranteed invisibility, universal meeting compatibility or an unapproved discount. Disclose your commercial relationship where required for the place and channel in which you publish.
If a referral seems missing, record the link used, approximate time and the reference visible in your own account. Do not ask the referred person for their password, payment-card data or private interview transcript. Contact support so the account records can be checked without exposing another user’s details.
