Minutes, expiry dates, payments and refunds

Compare time packs, understand when minutes expire, recover an unfinished payment and request a refund under the published policy.

OfferWoo sells one-time interview time packs. There is no automatic renewal. Open Plans & usage for your account balance and expiry dates, and Billing history for each order’s status.

Interview timePriceValidity from successful paymentEquivalent per hour
120 minutesUS$1930 daysUS$9.50
300 minutesUS$3960 daysUS$7.80
600 minutesUS$6990 daysUS$6.90

The hourly figures compare the total pack price with its included minutes; you purchase the complete pack. All three have the same core features. Choose for the interviews you expect within the validity period, leaving room for tests or overruns. A lower hourly rate is not a saving if most of the pack expires unused.

New accounts receive 30 trial minutes valid for 14 days, subject to trial availability shown in the account. Check the balance before starting; a purchase page does not tell you the remaining balance of an existing account.

Validity begins when payment succeeds, not at your first interview. Each purchase has its own expiry. Buying another pack does not extend older time. Existing orders retain the terms confirmed when created; your account’s exact expiry dates take precedence over assumptions based on today’s packages.

Time can be used across several interviews within the validity period. Preflight source meters are local checks and do not start a paid interview. Starting the interview begins usage; pausing stops active usage counting. Already used time remains used. End and save the session rather than leaving it running after the call.

Balances and daily usage are separate views. If an interview has just ended, refresh the account after settlement. Screenshot allowances are shown separately; a minute balance should not be read as an unlimited screenshot promise.

Choose a pack, check its price and expiry terms, then explicitly continue to payment. Returning from a payment page does not alone confirm settlement. Billing history is where you check the resulting order.

If a page was closed midway, return to the original order. A failed browser return and a failed charge are not the same event. If money left your account but the order remains unresolved, contact support with the reference and payment time.

Under the refund policy, you can request a full refund within 7 days of successful payment if that order’s minutes have not been used at all. Duplicate charges, service faults and statutory remedies are handled separately. Merely opening the app does not describe which order’s minutes were consumed; check the account records.

Send your account email, order reference, payment date and reason to legal@wrise.io. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued. Check Billing history for the result. Do not send a password, code or complete card number.

For suspected duplicate charges, provide both references if available and avoid creating more orders while the case is being checked. For another problem, use the troubleshooting template.
