01Who this notice covers

OfferWoo is operated by Wrise, LLC. This notice covers our website, web account, desktop applications and related support. It explains how we handle personal information when you visit, create an account, buy time or use interview assistance.

Wrise, LLC is responsible for the personal information described here. Other websites, meeting platforms, identity providers and payment providers have their own privacy notices. This notice does not replace them. For privacy questions, contact our privacy team.

02Information we collect

Account and sign-in
Your email, profile details you provide, connected sign-in identities, password verification data when applicable, and records of browsers and devices signed in to your account. We do not receive your Google, Apple or GitHub password when you use those sign-in services.
Interview materials
Your resume, job descriptions, project notes, personal knowledge files and other uploads; text extracted from those files; and the interview goals and materials you select for a session.
Conversation and assistance
Audio you choose to capture, screenshots you submit, transcripts, questions, generated suggestions, session events, reviews and notes. These may contain information about you and other participants.
Purchases and referrals
Orders, amounts and currencies, payment and refund status, usage and time balances. Partner applications may include your contact and payout details, referral activity and commission records. Card payment details are entered with the payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers or security codes.
Support and service records
Messages and attachments you send us, request and error records, network and device information needed to operate the service, and information used to detect unusual sign-in or payment activity. Our infrastructure receives connection information such as IP addresses; some abuse-prevention records use a hash of the address.

Please upload only information needed for your interview. Remove unrelated contact details, identification numbers, health information and confidential material you do not have permission to share. Do not send us passwords, full card numbers or API keys in a support request.

03Why we use it

  • Create and protect your account, keep you signed in and connect the desktop app to your account.
  • Read selected materials, transcribe a conversation, generate relevant suggestions and let you revisit session records.
  • Confirm payments, add purchased time, measure usage, handle refunds and administer approved referrals.
  • Answer support requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations and respond to valid legal requests.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you for the features you request, legitimate interests for proportionate security and service operations, and legal obligations for required records. We rely on consent when the law requires it, including for any optional processing that requires permission. You may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We do not sell your interview materials or use them to target advertisements. We do not use your private interview content to train a shared OfferWoo model. The separate data-use rules of the AI services involved are explained below; this is not a promise that every provider retains nothing.

04Audio, screenshots and other participants

You choose the audio sources and grant the required browser or operating-system permissions. The browser’s preflight check processes sound locally to show input levels; it does not send sound for transcription. Starting an interview enables cloud transcription and assistance. Your microphone and meeting audio are separate sources; the browser uses audio from the tab you share, while desktop capture depends on your system and settings. Check the selected sources, which may include other people. Browsing public pages or viewing the public demo does not start recording.

Screenshots are submitted when you use the screenshot feature. They may include whatever is visible in the selected capture. Check for private messages, passwords or unrelated documents before submitting one. You can stop capture in OfferWoo or revoke permission in your browser or computer settings; this does not delete records already created.

Make sure you are allowed to capture and process a conversation, and give notice or obtain consent from other participants where required. We do not automatically notify the people in your meeting. See the usage rules for interview and meeting requirements.

Transcripts and generated suggestions can be saved in your session history. The transcription service passes audio to the processing provider rather than saving a separate recording library. This does not mean providers keep no temporary records, or that files and exports on your own computer are deleted.

05AI services and cloud processing

OfferWoo is not a fully offline tool. Depending on the feature and available provider, relevant audio, screenshots, dialogue, selected documents and instructions are sent to OpenAI or Google Gemini. Your resume and job description can be included to make the suggestions specific to you. Do not submit content you cannot share with those services.

OpenAI
Provides transcription and generated assistance. OpenAI’s API documentation says API data is not used for training by default unless the customer opts in. Safety logs and some service records can still be retained, even when saving generated responses is disabled. This is not a zero-retention guarantee. Read OpenAI’s API data controls.
Google Gemini
May provide transcription or generated assistance. Google distinguishes paid API services from unpaid services in its data-use terms. Their retention, review and model-improvement rules differ, so a general promise that all Gemini requests are excluded from training would be inaccurate. Read Google’s current API terms before submitting sensitive information.
Cloudflare
Hosts the website, backend, account records and stored files, and provides network and security services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy notice.

We send content needed for the requested task, rather than making your entire account available to an AI provider. Provider terms and account-level data controls also govern their processing. If you need a contractual restriction on retention, training or data location, contact us before using OfferWoo for that material.

06When information is shared

  • Service providers receive the information needed to host the product, process AI requests, authenticate you, handle payments or provide support. Payments use our payment service and Stripe; see Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • A sign-in provider receives information needed to complete a sign-in you initiate. Choosing email sign-in does not require connecting a social account.
  • Approved referral partners can receive referral and commission status needed to administer their program. We do not give them your interview materials or payment card details.
  • We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or threats, or to protect legal rights. We assess the request and limit disclosure to what is appropriate.
  • If the business is reorganized, acquired or transferred, information may transfer with it under appropriate protections. We will give notice of a material change in how your information is handled.

Your uploads and session records are not public posts. If you export or share them yourself, the recipient’s use is outside OfferWoo’s control.

07Cookies and browser preferences

Sign-in cookie
Keeps your browser signed in. The cookie can last up to 60 days; the server also expires inactive sessions after 14 days and may revoke them sooner for security or when you sign out.
Browser identifier
Helps recognize and manage a browser sign-in. It can last up to 400 days. It is not an advertising profile.
Sign-in handoff
A short-lived cookie, up to 10 minutes, helps validate a sign-in through another provider.
Referral attribution
If you follow a partner link, a cookie records the referring partner for the approved referral window, up to 90 days. It may be cleared when the referral is assigned to an account.
Local preferences
Browser storage remembers choices such as language, appearance and dismissed tips until you change them or clear site data.

We currently do not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Essential security and operational records still exist. You can clear or block cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in and account features. Signing out ends that sign-in; it does not automatically remove every saved preference.

08How long information stays

Your saved materials, transcripts, suggestions, reviews and notes remain available until you delete the relevant content or request account deletion. There is no automatic 180-day expiry for these records in the current service. Keep only what you need and review your history regularly.

Account deletion revokes sign-ins and removes account content from our active systems. Deletion may require multiple processing steps. If your account reports that deletion is still in progress, it has not yet finished. Do not treat a pending request as confirmation that everything has been removed.

We retain limited payment, usage ledger, refund, commission and deletion-audit records where needed for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Access is restricted and these records are not kept to continue offering interview suggestions. Operational and security records are kept only as needed for those purposes; records no longer needed are deleted or de-identified.

Deleting your account does not erase files you exported, copies held by recipients, or records a payment or AI provider must retain under its own obligations. It also does not automatically request a refund; see the refund policy.

09Access, export, correction and deletion

  • Use Export data to download the account data included in the self-service export. Exported files may contain sensitive information; store them safely.
  • Manage signed-in devices and account options in Account & devices. You can edit or remove materials through the features that manage them.
  • Use Delete account for account deletion. Export anything you need first; deletion cannot be undone once completed.
  • For information not available in self-service, inaccurate records, a processing objection, or a question about deletion, contact our privacy team from your account email when possible.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision on a privacy request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We handle applicable requests within the time required by law and explain any exception or identity check. We do not penalize you for exercising a privacy right.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the account or an authorized agent. Please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. We do not use interview suggestions to make an employment decision about you; you decide what to say, share and act on.

10International processing

OfferWoo serves an international audience outside mainland China. Our providers may process or store data in the United States and other countries where they operate. A Chinese-language interface is not a promise of storage in China, and we do not currently offer a selectable data-residency region.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required contractual or other lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. Do not use the service for information subject to a location restriction we have not agreed to meet.

11Keeping your information safe

We use encrypted connections, access controls, account checks and short-lived credentials for certain provider connections. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every system, device or network is secure. Protect your account, keep your computer updated and sign out of devices you no longer use.

If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the affected sign-ins in your account and contact us. If a personal-data incident requires notice, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.

12Adults only

OfferWoo is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children or ask them to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our features, providers or obligations change. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or an appropriate account notice; we will ask for consent when a new use requires it. A notice update does not remove privacy rights you already have.
