How are the packs different?
All three packs include the same features. Choose how many interview minutes you need and how long you want to keep them. Prices and validity are shown on each card.
When does the validity period start?
From successful payment, not your first interview. Each purchase has its own expiry date, shown in Plans & usage.
Do I need to use all the minutes at once?
No. Use the minutes across multiple interviews within the pack’s validity period. Unused minutes expire on the recorded expiry date; buying another pack does not extend them.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. You decide whether and when to buy more time.
Can I try OfferWoo before buying?
New accounts receive 30 trial minutes, valid for 14 days. Sign in to see your available time before choosing a paid pack.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if none of that order’s minutes have been used. Duplicate charges, service faults and statutory refunds are handled separately.
